Mr. Cusson, the managing member of Delphic Associates, LLC; is a consultant and developer with over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, financing, marketing, housing lotteries and construction of single-family homes, multi-family, rental and condominium developments, permitted in accordance with M.G.L c.40B § 20 through 23 also known as the “Anti-Snob” zoning act. Delphic was the winner of the “Murray-Corman Achievement Award” in 1999 for their development known as Chase Estates containing one hundred (100) single-family homes located in the town of Westwood.
Mr. Cusson is the author and publisher of the “Resource Reference Library” of the Housing Appeals Committee decisions and the Co-Author of CHAPA’s standardized Lottery Procedures. In addition to Mr. Cusson, our highly skilled and experienced professional staff have been successful in the acquisition, financing, marketing, housing lotteries and construction (Delphic Homes) of single family homes, multi-family, rental and condominium development to “Affordable Housing” permitted in accordance with M.G.L. 40B, also known as the “Anti-Snob Zoning Act” and conventionally permitted in accordance with M.G.L. 41A.
