A private developer, Tiffany Hill, Inc. and officials of the Town of Norwell have collaborated to provide this affordable housing opportunity in Norwell. A private developer, Brigg’s Landing, LLC and officials of the Town of Westport have collaborated to provide this affordable housing opportunity in Westport. There will be a total of 89 Single family homes, of which there will be (twenty-three) 23 of the homes in this development designated as affordable and sold to buyers whose incomes are at or below 80% of the area median income. Brigg’s Landing II is on Tickle Road in Westport. It is in close proximity to stores, pharmacies, etc. It is approximately 20 miles from downtown Providence, RI.
SEEKONK – COUNTRY BROOK ESTATES
A private developer, Costa Development, LLC and officials of the Town of Seekonk have collaborated to provide this affordable housing opportunity in Seekonk, MA. The development is in accordance with the Department of Housing and Community Developments’ Local Initiative Program – Local Action Units (“LIP-LAU”). Country Brook Estates is located on Arcade Avenue in Seekonk close to the Grist Mill Tavern and across the street from the Firefly Golf Course. The development is located within walking distance to convenience stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, etc. and is situated on 36.5 acres of land.
