Duxburrow Estates is situated on 70.5 acres of land off of Curve Street in Bridgewater and will consist of one hundred and forty-eight (148) consisting of eleven (2) bedroom, one hundred twenty-six (3) bedroom and eleven (4) bedroom Single Family Homes. A total of 37 homes have been designated as Affordable. Twenty-five Affordable homes have been sold in the previous lottery. This lottery will consist of the final twelve (12) 3-bedroom single family homes.

Each home will have at least one garage. The new homes will range from 1625 square feet to 2700 square feet. The appliances to be included are a stove, a microwave hood and dishwasher.
