• Five (5) 3-Bedroom Single-family homes will be sold at the initial sales price of $279,000, with a monthly HOA fee of $50.
• One (1) 4-Bedroom Single-family home will be sold at the initial sales price of $301,900, with a monthly HOA fee of $50.

It is estimated that the total monthly cost of your mortgage payment including Principal, Interest, Real Estate Taxes, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI), Hazard Insurance and Homeowners Association will be approximately $2,357 for the 3-bedroom and $2,546 for the 4-bedroom.
