Appliances included in the home sale are refrigerator, washer and dryer, microwave, stove, trash-compacter and dishwasher.

The affordable resale condominium will be sold at the sales price of $168,253 with monthly condominium fees of $575 per month. It is estimated that the total monthly cost of your mortgage payment including Principal, Interest, Real Estate Taxes, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI), Hazard Insurance and condo fee will be approximately $1,670 for the 2-bedroom condominiums. This assumes a 30-year fixed rate mortgage at current rates with a 5% down payment. You cannot rely on this estimated amount. It is only an estimate.
