During the permit approval process, the Development Team received constructive feedback from Board Members, Town Departments as well as Neighborhood Groups.  Together, the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Development Team worked collectively to design a Planned Unit Development (PUD, to address the concerns of the feedback we received

This Planned Unit Development would not be possible with the town’s existing by-law, however, in accordance with 40B and the expertise of the development team, the ZBA and their consultants, the permit for Joanna Hills Estates has been approved for 76 homes.

Joanna Hills Estates has been designed to create a neighborhood feel, with open space, sidewalks and three different housing styles.  The Planned Unit Development will consist of 9 Single Family Homes, 11 Duplex Buildings, and 45 townhouse condominiums within 4 buildings.
