New Income Limits for 2017

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) has just released the “NEW INCOME LIMITS 2017”. Some communities have seen a substantial increase, some modest and a couple have seen a slight decrease.

I have prepared a chart below highlighting some of the communities where we have developments with their new income limits.
