Cobbler’s Knoll in Mendon, MA

 

 

This lottery will be for the two (2) remaining affordable homes.  Eight (8) of the affordable homes were sold in a previous lottery. 

 

Cobbler’s Knoll is located off of Hartford Street in Mendon.  The homes will have 3 (three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and two (2) car garages.  The master bath will have a shower and the hall bath will have a tub.  There will be a half bath on the first floor.  The homes will have well water and private septic systems.

 

 

The affordable Single Family Homes will be sold at the initial sales price of $212,700.

Afra Terrace in West Boylston, MA

 

 

This lottery will be for the three (3) remaining affordable units.  Ten (10) of the affordable units were sold in a previous lottery.

 

West Boylston is located in central Massachusetts. It is home to the historic Wachusett Reservoir and the locally famous "Old Stone Church." Formed in 1808, this community is now home to approximately 7,500 residents. West Boylston offers a range of services and activities for all ages and members of the community. This new development of townhomes is located on 35 beautiful acres abutting conservation land. This serene setting is the perfect place for these luxury townhomes. Each spacious unit includes three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a two car garage.

 

The affordable 3 bedroom homes will be sold with a sales price of $199,300.

  • Lottery Service - Delphic offers a full range (ala carte) of lottery services. Typically, lottery services include:
    • Preparation of an affirmative marketing plan in accordance with Mass Housing and DHCD Guidelines.
    • Preparation of a lottery information package and lottery application.
    • Securiting approval from the town in accordance to the terms of the comprehensive permit in addition to approval of the montorizing agent and Mass Housing or DHCD.
    • Conducting workshops.
    • Conducting the lottery.
    • Preparation of the purchase and sale agreement and securiting signatues of buyer and seller.
    • Assisting the buyer in securing financing.
    • Accompaining the buyer on site visits.
    • Completing color selections.
    • Preparation of punch list.
    • Attending the closing.
