A private developer, Sage Realty Trust and officials of the Town of Foxborough have collaborated to provide this affordable housing opportunity in Foxborough.  The development will have 36 units of which 9 homes are designated as affordable and sold to first time homebuyers with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income.
