Bridgewater is a charming, residential, suburban community. Located approximately 25 miles south of Boston, the town is accessible by bus, commuter rail and highway at the junction of routes 24 and 495. Originally an industrial and agricultural center, the town of Bridgewater was chartered in 1656. Its historic character and unique landscaping are prominent throughout the community, particularly in the downtown central common area.

The development includes seven (7) townhouse units of ownership in two buildings.  One building will have five (5) townhouse units and the other building will be a duplex having two townhouse units. One affordable unit will be located in the duplex building and another affordable unit will be a middle unit located in the five unit building.  Onsite parking will have two (2) dedicated parking spaces for each unit.  This lottery will be for the (1) one remaining affordable unit within the duplex.

The duplex unit will have two (2) bedrooms with 1 ½ baths. The sales price for the affordable unit is $165,600.

It is estimated that the total monthly cost of your mortgage payment including Principal, Interest, Real Estate Taxes, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI), Hazard Insurance and Condominium fees of $135/month will be approximately $1,305.

Your down payment can be 3% of which half 1.5% must be from the buyers own funds. There are some housing programs such as USDA in which the down payment may be as low as $0.
